Perry Shuttlesworth
Perry G. Shuttlesworth, Jr. was born in Birmingham, Alabama on December 18, 1964. He is married and the father of two children. Mr. Shuttlesworth grew up in the Birmingham area graduating from Homewood High School in 1983. He received his Bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management in 1987 from the University of Alabama. Mr. Shuttlesworth received his Juris Doctor in 1990 from Washington & Lee University.
He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia, U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is an active member in the Birmingham Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Alabama State Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.

Shea Moore
Thomas "Shea" Moore was born in Birmingham, Alabama on January 28, 1970. He has been happily married for over 10 years. He and his wife have three wonderful children. He grew up in the Birmingham area graduating from Vestavia Hills High School in 1988. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and English in 1992 from the University of Alabama. Mr. Moore received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from the Birmingham School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in Alabama, U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is an active member in the Birmingham Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Moore is a well received speaker across the South on the topics of commercial vehicle litigation and automotive "black box" technology. He authored a litigation manual titled "Litigating the Commercial Trucking Case."
